For hybrid holster manufacturing, t-nut fasteners outperform nearly every other fastener the industry has to offer.

We’re dedicated to supporting all of our customers—big and small—with exacting t-nut fasteners to fit their specific needs.

As you might imagine, over the last 40 years we’ve been in business, we’ve seen the world at large change immensely—some of this has caused us to change the way we conduct business and deepened our relationships with our long-time customers. One of these particularly notable changes is the arrival of thermoplastics.

While leather, tough canvas, and injection-molded nylon continue to be mainstays in modern holster manufacturing, the growth of the thermoplastic holster industry has been explosive and fascinating to observe from our privileged perspective. This has completely shifted the way the industry shops for holster hardware, especially t-nut fasteners.

For most gun carriers we know, the most eye-catching elements of a new-age holster are the material with which it’s made and the satisfying click of a handgun when it sets into place in a thermoplastic molded holster. But throughout our three generations of family business, we know that in the end, it’s the holster hardware like t-nut fasteners that can make a real difference between a good holster and one that can be used and abused for years.

Even throughout changes in trends, material, needs, and end products, we’ve always maintained our central mission: bring trustworthy fasteners—including t-nut fasteners—to hardworking businesses and manufacturers on time and on budget. From our biggest legacy customers to small business owners needing small numbers of holster hardware, we dedicate ourselves to achieving our mission.

Why Holster Makers Prefer T-Nut Fasteners
T-nut fasteners excel over nearly any other holster hardware when utilized for the particular type of hybrid holster manufacturing that’s been a growing industry trend for a number of recent years. When makers attach leather or other composite material to thermoplastic such as Kydex, Boltaron, or a number of other hard, resistant moldable materials, the sharp prongs of t-nut fasteners bite into the composite material, providing a strong hold and a clean, flush surface when mated with a threaded screw. T-nut fasteners provide makers and creators the confidence that their holsters will outlast hard, daily use regardless if the carrier is in the arctic cold, desert heat, or torrential rainforest downpours.
We manufacture and stock the most commonly used 8-32 thread diameter t-nut fasteners to meet the most stringent industry demands and satisfy the needs of our customers big and small.
