Shipping Terms:

Our shipping department always strives to ship your order quickly and accurately. Generally speaking, ground orders of in-stock items ship same day if received by 12pm* M-F. Index employs United Parcel Service as our preferred carrier. If you have an account with another carrier you wish to use please provide our sales team with the details and we'll have the order processed accordingly. Index ships worldwide. (*based on local warehouse time).

Where do we ship from:

In order to better serve our customers, Index maintains two warehouse distribution points, California & Virginia. To keep freight costs & transit times as low as possible, our goal is to ship from the location closest to you. Although dependent on inventory, shipments may be split between either location to fill your order.

Where do we ship to:

Index offers international shipping to anywhere in the world subject to current US Regulations

Drop Shipments:

Index is in the business of customer service and can drop-ship wherever you need the product to be and that includes blind shipments. We can package the product securely without any Index markings and if needed, can use your provided paperwork protect your vendor relationship. Please contact a member of our sales team to arrange a drop shipment; a small processing fee may apply.

Returns

All returns are subject to prior approval. Any order discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of sale. All tool and die sales (including molds) are final and may not be returned. A valid RMA# must be issued and prominently displayed on return packaging before any return is accepted. A 10% restocking fee may be applied.

Restocking fees can be waived if any refund due is issued in the form of store credit. Otherwise, refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping fees, Duties or Taxes are non-refundable.
